    In solidarity with the medical personnel who today work intensively for our safety and health throughout society, Holidaydream Homes Costa Blanca is strictly complying with the obligations related to social distancing and the reduction of physical contact.

    We consider it vitally important that each of us take individual and collective responsibility to keep the level of coronavirus infection low on the Costa Blanca and we will contribute in everything necessary to keep it that way. Our work areas are very quiet and have nothing to do with big cities.

    Until the Coronavirus COVID-19 disease is solved, we can make appointments to visit our properties under construction or for sale and with the aim of protecting the owners, residents, customers and ourselves. 

    You must always comply with the following prevention regulations:

    1. Appointment confirmed before any site visit (by mail or phone)
    2. Wear a face mask
    3. Maintain a safety distance of min. 1.5m at all times
    4. Keep the appointment and subsequent appointments of the tour in your own vehicle
    5. Maximum of 6 people at the same time inside the property

    And since December 10, 2020, TMA (Transcription Mediated Amplification tests) has been incorporated as an accepted diagnostic test along with PCR, as well as other tests based on equivalent molecular techniques, such as RT. -LAMP (Reverse Transcriptase Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification). In addition, from this same date, children under 6 years of age are exempted from conducting Active Infection Diagnostic Tests for SARS-CoV-2, in order to enter Spain.

    This certificate or supporting document must be the original, will be written in Spanish, English, French or German and may be presented in paper or electronic format. If it is not possible to obtain it in these languages, the supporting document must be accompanied by a translation into Spanish, carried out by an official body.

    The document will contain, at least, the following information: traveler's name, passport or ID number, date of the test, identification and contact details of the center that performs the analysis, technique used and negative test result. The personal identification number (passport / DNI) that you use to carry out the QR, must be the same that appears on the negative PCR / TMA certificate.
