The Registry of Real Estate Agents in the Valencian Community

Being registered in the RAICV is not a mere administrative procedure. It involves meeting a number of legal, ethical and professional requirements, including:

• Have a physical address in the Valencian Community where consumers can file complaints or claims.
• To accredit professional training specialized in real estate intermediation.
• Have financial guarantees such as:
  • A guarantee of at least 60,000 euros.
  • Professional civil liability insurance for a minimum of 600,000 euros.
